We are seeking a talented sales manager for game cinematic & trailers at Halon Entertainment. As a sales manager specializing in game cinematics and trailers, you will be responsible for expanding Halon Entertainment's presence in the gaming industry by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your expertise in game cinematics and trailers will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients, driving revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the gaming industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at game development studios and publishers. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals highlighting the quality and value of Halon Entertainment's game cinematics and trailer services.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Utilize this knowledge to inform sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical departments, to ensure client requirements are communicated and met.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the gaming industry, focusing on game cinematics, trailers, or related services
- Deep understanding of the game development process, particularly in the areas of cinematics and trailers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts and leverage these relationships to drive business growth
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, game design, film production, or a related field preferred
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with game engines, cinematic tools, and production workflows.
- Experience with motion capture, animation, and visual effects in the gaming context.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Compensation:
- $100k-$150k per year
