Halon Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager specializing in Visualization and VFX to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and expanding our client base within the entertainment industry. You will play a crucial role in promoting our visualization and VFX services, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the entertainment industry, focusing on visualization and VFX services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management
- Represent Halon Entertainment at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, film production, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the visualization, VFX, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of visualization processes, VFX workflows, and production pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation:
- $100k-$150k per year
- Performance-based commission structure: Earn commissions based on sales achieved and revenue generated from new and existing client accounts.
