Production Coordinator

About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated professional to join our team as a Production Coordinator. In this role, you will support the project supervisor and team, maintain production schedules, and handle a variety of other tasks that ensure projects run smoothly. If you are well-organized, skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then you may be an excellent candidate for this position. This is a remote-work opportunity.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties to support directors, producers, and production managers
  • Manage project calendars and maintain production schedules
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, Producers, and Project Managers to meet the needs of the team
  • Participate in short- and long-term planning aligned with goals set by managers
  • Work with all departments that contribute to the production
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Internships at studios or production companies are an asset
  • Previous experience as a production coordinator or production assistant
  • Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
  • Superb organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment 
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
  • Excellent written and spoken verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette
  • Knowledge of Shotgrid, Maya, or Unreal Engine is a huge bonus
  • Ability to deliver superior service and build lasting relationships by demonstrating NEP’s Core Values: innovative, one team, passion and integrity.


Salary Range:

  • $30 - $40 per hour
