VFX Supervisor AJ Briones and team were tasked with creating faux first-person shooter videogame footage, complete with a digital version of Kevin Hart, for the film Ride Along. The team designed and created the game world, characters, particle effects and game HUD elements, brought to life using a combination of motion capture and keyframe animation.
