A passion for storytelling cultivated by his lifelong dream to create animated films led Andre to the art of Previs, and his eventual addition to the Halon team in 2011. Quickly establishing himself as a fixture on both Previs and Postvis teams, Andre has collaborated on projects such as Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part II, Kong: Skull Island, Logan, Spider-man: Homecoming, Ford v. Ferrari, Ad Astra, and The Suicide Squad. While maintaining several independent side projects as a director, cinematographer, and editor, he has also found some of his greatest strengths in directing numerous video game trailers and in-game cinematics for Halon. His credits include work for titles such as Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds, Gearbox’s Borderlands 3 franchise, V1 Interactive’s Disintegration, and the upcoming Vampire: The Masquerade game, Bloodlines 2. Andre’s more recent credits include supervising teams for the Netflix films Red Notice and Slumberland, as well as collaborating with creative house m ss ng p eces to create a 45-minute-long interactive experience for the upcoming Sphere entertainment venue in Las Vegas. When completed in 2023, it will house a 180,000 square foot dome-shaped LED screen – the largest screen ever built and present a 4D entertainment experience unlike anything the world has ever seen.
