With 20+ years of experience and creative leadership in filmmaking, visualization, virtual production, video games, XR and technology in entertainment Daniel now sits as Executive Creative Director of Halon Entertainment, overseeing high profile projects including Oscar award winning films Birdman, Life of Pi, AVATAR and tentpoles Ad Astra, Ford vs. Ferrari, Mouse Guard, Aquaman, Logan, War for the Planet of the Apes, Star Trek into Darkness, World War Z, Indiana Jones, War of the Worlds, Star Wars and more. Daniel is a resident in-house Director of real-time cinematics and trailers for award winning mega-hits Borderlands 3, Tom Clancey’s The Division, Evolve & XCOM2. Daniel has worked as an Art, Design and XR Director for VR experiences FIRST, Vanuatu Dreams, Wonders of the World, Titan Missile Silo and Golden Loft and Animatics Director for the popular FOX TV show COSMOS. He has consulted on transmedia pipelines for FOX Studios and Microsoft’s Azure Remote Production Task Force. Daniel also is a BAFTA member and speaks frequently on the intersection of technology and storytelling.
