Visualization Supervisor

Since joining Halon in 2011 Zack has proven a versatile and integral member of several creative teams across the visualization spectrum. Whether feature films, game cinematics, or ride experiences, Zack has thrived on Previs, Postvis, and Finals teams alike. His Previs credits include The Wolverine, Pixels, and the critically acclaimed international hit Logan, while his Postvis projects include Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, War for the Planet of the Apes, and Paramount Pictures’ film Downsizing. Specializing in final VFX, Zack’s work has made it to the big screen on such films as Battleship, 47 Ronin, and Tomorrowland—each of which he was a part of the Previs and Postvis teams. For both Alice Through the Looking Glass and Kong: Skull Island, Zack oversaw a team of artists across multiple sequences as the Lead for both Postvis and Final VFX teams. Zack has also been the Lead Compositor for some of Halon’s cinematics in the games-space including finals work for three cinematics for the 2K franchise Evolve and the amusement park attraction Mass Effect: 4D Holographic Experience for California’s Great America. Zack’s latest projects include Ford v Ferrari, Free Guy, and The Suicide Squad, where he served as the Postvisualization Supervisor.
